SUMMER WELLNESS CLASS
For this Hot Summer,
A proper diet to maintain the body temperature, to stay cool in both body and mind, with Acupuncture and food was shared with around 35 participants, 4 volunteers, and 4 staffs.
The Seminar was conducted by our honorable Professor Mr. Arun CJ , Acupuncture and Yoga Master.
The day was super good with a proper education stuff and super good lunch.
